If a trip is canceled for any other reason, there will be no reimbursement of the 25% deposit.
If you have paid in full for a trip, you are eligible for a refund if you decide to cancel. You are still sent a cancellation fee invoice. If you need to cancel a trip, you should do so in writing. However, you must pay the following cancellation fee: -
- At least 60 days before travel 25%
- 40–59 days prior to departure 50%
- 25–39 days prior to departure 75%
- 1 to 24 days prior to departure 100%
How to cancel a Reservation?
We will process your cancellation/refund request within one to seven business days. We will NOT acknowledge any verbal / over-the-phone request or voicemail. Verbal speaking with our customer service representatives without email will not guarantee that your cancellation has been processed or acknowledged. Please make sure to email us for cancellation requests with your reservation number.
